Hazelnut Muffins

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
3/4 c Yoghurt
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
1/2 c Frangelico liqueur (see note)
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped hazelnuts (see note)
3 ts Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

WET MIX
DRY MIX
Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix
well.  Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans
& bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12.
NOTE: Frangelico is a hazelnut liqueur. I believe hazelnuts are also known
as filberts in the States.
