Healthy Kishka for Cholent

INGREDIENTS

1 Potato
1 Onion
2 Carrots
1 Egg, beaten
1 c Matzoh meal
1/3 pk Onion soup mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Grate/process and combine the potato, onion & carrots. Add rest.
Mix it all together and shape it into a tube. If it is too mushy to handle,
add more matzoh meal. Roll into foil or a Reynolds Plastic Oven Bag --
Freeze.
When ready for the cholent, pierce foil or plastic a few times with a fork.
Simmer overnight in cholent.
