INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat butter in a large saucepan and saute onion, carrots and cabbage
until well coated with butter. Add beef stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add Sunwhite Calrose rice and season with salt, pepper, paprika and
nutmeg. Simmer another 25 minutes.
3. Serve sprinkled with parsley and topped with sour cream, yoghurt or
cheese.
