INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°. Beat butter into warmed potato puree. Beat in
remaining ingredients. You may want to add more sweetening. Turn mixture
into sprayed or buttered 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve
hot with roast pork, ham or game.
NOTES : This is a good side dish and has a very wonderfully different
potato taste.
