Heat oven to 350x F. Stir cake mix and cocoa; add remaining ingredients.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until blended. Pour into greased
and floured 13" x 9" baking pan or 2 (9") round cake pans. Bake 30-40
minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and
frost as desired. Makes 12 servings.
