Herb and Sesame Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

1 bn Broccoli (about 1 pound)
1 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Sesame or olive oil
2 ts Sesame seeds
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Divide broccoli into florets; slice stalks thinly on the diagonal. Place in
steamer set over boiling water; sprinkle with basil and salt. Cover and
steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Remove steamer basket and set aside.  Drain pan and return to medium heat
to dry.  Add oil and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute or until golden. Add
broccoli and toss for 30 seconds. Season with pepper to taste. Makes 4
