Cookies-
2 T Ground cinnamon
1 T Ground nutmeg, 1
1 T Ground mace
1 T Ground allspice
2 t Ground cloves
2 t Ground cardamom
2 T Dried thyme
2 T Dried oregano
2 T Dried basil
2 T Curry powder
2 T Paprika
2 T Dried lemon rind
2 T Crumbled basil
2 T Dried minced onions
1 T Red pepper flakes
1 T Crumbled dried oregano
1 1/2 T Dried marjoram
1 T Crumbled dried rosemary
1 T White pepper
2 T Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

To present as gifts, pack mixes into small jars with lids and labels.
Tie jars onto a cookbook filled with herb and spice recipes. Herbs
will keep for 6 months, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place.  Source:
