Herb-crusted Salmon Steaks

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Dried basil
1/4 c Dried thyme
1/4 c Dried oregano
1 t Dried rosemary
1 T Black peppercorns
1/4 c Flour
1 t Salt
3 T Olive oil
6 Salmon steaks or fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

-0500 Combine herbs and peppercorns  and grind in spice grinder until
fine. Add flour and salt and dredge  salmon steaks in mixture. Brush
steaks with oil. Bake in a 400 degree  oven 8-10 minutes.  EAT-L Digest
