INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the fruit together and pour the juice over it. Stir in the
chopped herbs and chill for several hours before serving. Serve each
helping with a scoop of mint sorbet in the middle, and some cream if
you like, and decorate the dessert with a few mint leaves. Converted

fruit salad, but they improve it enormously; even the smallest touch
