INGREDIENTS

30 g Black Mustard seeds
30 g White Mustard seeds
1/4 t Herb pepper *
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Dried orange & lemon peel
1 t Honey
Herb vinegar * or crab apple
Juice
1 pn Tumeric

INSTRUCTIONS

see separate recipes  Grind the mustard seeds, herb pepper salt and
dried peel together in a  mortar. Mix to a thick consitency with the
honey & herb vinegar. Add a  pinch of tumeric and store in corked jars.
