INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tb Finely chopped fresh basil
1 Clove garlic, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Yield: 1/2 cup
(serving size: 1 tablespoon).
Per serving: 51 Calories; 6g Fat (98% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 0g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 139mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve sauce immediately.
NOTES : For those who prefer their lobster with plain butter, this sauce is
a healthier alternative_with only half the fat of traditional clarified
butter. Although this recipe is higher than our standard 30% calories from
fat, it contains only half the fat found in butter. When you combine this
sauce with 4 ounces of lobster (which contains only 1 gram of fat), it
averages 39% of calories from fat.
