INGREDIENTS

6 oz Bulgur; (1 cup)
2 c Water
1 tb Margarine; optional
1 tb Dried parsley
2 tb Dried onions
1/2 ts Ground sage
1/2 ts Savory
Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil
over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 mintues, until all the
liquid is absorbed.
