Herbed Honey Lime Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Minced onion
1 tb Olive oil
1 c Chicken broth; OR dry white wine
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Lime juice
2 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Fresh rosemary; OR 1/4 tsp dried, crushed rosemary
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan saute onion in olive oil til tender. Stir in broth or wine,
salt and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat. Combine cornstarch and water;
stir into sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat til thickened. Serve over
turkey, chicken, fish or pork. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/2
cups.
