Herbed Tomatoes and Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (8 ounce) frozen cut green beans OR equiv. fresh, lightly cooked
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1 sm Onion, sliced, in rings
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 ts Oregano or basil leaves, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Place green bean box in Microwave to thaw or if using fresh, cook until
bright green. In medium saucepan, combine beans with remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans are tender. Can
serve topped with fresh cut parsley or basil. MC formatting by

NOTES : Per serving: 30 cals., less than 1 g. fat. I added the tomatoes for
only a few minutes, so they were only slightly cooked.
