1 Tart apples, chopped
1 c Dried apricots, chopped
1 T Rubbed sage
2 t Dried marjoram
1 t Dried rosemary
1 t Salt
1/8 t Ground nutmeg
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 16 pound turkey, 16 to 18
1 c Chicken broth
