Fat — ground
1 c High protein cereal
1/2 c Skim milk
1 Egg — lightly beaten
2 ts Instant beef bouillon — opt
2 tb Instant minced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill 4"
from heat about 5 minutes on each side or until done as desired. Per
