Hoisin Bbq Spare Ribs (hoi Sin Siu Haau Paai Gwat)

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Pork spareribs, one piece
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Liquid honey
1/4 c Hoisin sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Chicken stock
2 T Chinese cooking wine
1 T Garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, vinegar, stock, cooking wine and
chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. Marinate 3 hours at room
temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 500F.
Place ribs on rack over drip pan in oven, reduce heat to 350F and
