Hoisin Garlic Burgers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground meat (beef, veal, chicken or any combination)
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Chopped green onions (about 2 medium)
3 tb Chopped coriander or parsley
2 tb Hoisin sauce
2 ts Minced garlic
1 ts Minced ginger root
1 Egg
2 tb Water
2 tb Hoisin sauce
1 ts Sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, combined meat, bread crumbs, green onions, coriander, hoisin
sauce, garlic, ginger and egg; mix well. In small bowl, whisk together
water, hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Brush half of sauce over top of
burgers. Place on greased grill and BBQ or on rack on baking sheet and bake
for l0-l5 minutes. Turn patties once and brush with remaining sauce,. 253
