Hoisin Marinade for Basic Roast Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Hoisin sauce
1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine hoisin sauce and water; brush over chicken.
2. Let stand 1-1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Drain, reserving
marinade for basting. Then roast.
