Hoisin-peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Hoisin sauce
1/4 c Water
2 t Rice vinegar
2 T Chopped roasted peanuts
1/32 m saturated fat, no cholesterol 377 milligrams sodium 24

INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: From Orange County Registar  Cook's note: If you want to make
the sauce a little spicy, add 1  teaspoon of chili paste or chili paste
with garlic.  Place hoisin sauce, water and vinegar in a medium
saucepan. Bring to  boil on medium-high heat; boil, stirring, for about
30 seconds.  Remove from heat and cool. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
Yield: about 3/4 cup, about 6-8 servings  Nutritional information (per
serving): 75 calories, 2.1 grams fat,  percent calories from fat
