INGREDIENTS

2 md Cloves of garlic; (up to 3)
1 bn Fresh parsley
2 lg Scallions; cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cn (15-1/2 oz) chick peas; rinsed and drained
6 tb Tahini
6 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cost: $ - Preparation Time: 10 minutes Difficulty Level: 2 - Servings:
yields 3-1/2 cups
1. Put garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor, and mince.
2. Add the chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick
paste.
3. Store in a tight covered storage container and refrigerate.
