INSTRUCTIONS
Combine tha mango slices and sugar in a large saucepan. Heat until the
sugar dissoves. Place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. In a churn,
combine the sweetened conedsed milk, half and half, eggs and extracts. Add
the chilled mango mixture. Follow manufacurer's directions for making ice
cream. NOTES
: The colder your ice cream mixture is the quicker it will process. I have
not used the "lite" condensed milk in this recipe yet but plan to soon.
