Instant, nonfat dry milk powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water and sugar in blender and blend about 1 minute, pulsing on and
off, until sugar has partially dissolved. Add milk powder slowly with
blender running (can also mix at high speed in electric mixer). Store,
covered, in refrigerator if not used immediately. Can be used in all
recipes calling for sweetened condensed milk. Makes about 1 1/2 cups Posted
