Honey Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Minced onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 cn Tomato sauce; (8oz.)
1/2 c Honey
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Parsley; minced
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion and garlic in oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients and
bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Tip: Marinate chicken or beef in sauce; brush on additional sauce during
grilling.
Per 1/8 cup serving: Approx 102 calories, 1 g pro, 21 g carb, 2 g fat, 15%
cal from fat, 0 mg chol, 179 sodium
