Honey Beef with Salsa

INGREDIENTS

2 ts Vegetable oil
2 tb Sesame seeds
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
500 g Lean beef strips
185 g Snow peas; trimmed
2 Zucchini; chopped
3 tb Honey
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Oyster sauce
1/2 Fresh pineapple; peel, core & chop
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Snipped fresh chives
2 tb Lime Juice
1 Fresh red chilli; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

PINEAPPLE SALSA
1. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and
stir-fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture from
wok and set aside.
2. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas,
zucchini, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to
wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, time juice and chilli in
a bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with beef
