INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter & honey, stir in eggs & milk & beat. Combine dry ingredients &
stir thoroughly. Add to wet mix until just combined, fold in carrots &
dates. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 mins. Makes 10 large muffins. Delicious when
heated & served with butter, cream cheese or marmalade.
