Honey-curry Glazed Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

1 Pineapple, peeled and cut
into
2-inch chunks
1/4 c Honey
1 T Curry powder
1 T Vanilla extract
1/4 c Light brown sugar
1/4 c Grand marnier
orange-flavored
liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 500. Combine the pineapple chunks, honey, curry, and
vanilla in a bowl; toss well. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 500
for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier. Ignite pineapple with a
long match, and let flames die down. Yield: 4 servings.  Calories 227
