Honey-Curry Glazed Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

1 Pineapple; peeled and cut into
; 2-inch chunks
1/4 c Honey
1 tb Curry powder
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/4 c Light brown sugar
1/4 c Grand marnier; (orange-flavored
; liqueur)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 500..
2. Combine the pineapple chunks, honey, curry, and vanilla in a bowl; toss
well. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 500. for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with
Grand Marnier. Ignite pineapple with a long match, and let flames die down.
Yield: 4 servings.
