Honey Dijon Chicken ‘n Citrus Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Boneless; skinless chicken
; breasts
1 1/4 c Fat Free Honey Dijon Dressing; (Hellman's/Best
; Foods)
6 c Mixed salad greens; (6 to 8)
1 Grapefruit – peeled; section, diced
2 Oranges – peeled and sliced
1/3 c Sliced toasted almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: In a zip-top plastic bag, combine the chicken and 1/2 cup of
dressing. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken just until
cooked through. Slice and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the greens,
chicken, grapefruit and oranges. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle
with almonds. Serves 6. 280 calories.
