Honey-dijon Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Fresh Rosemary, Crushed
2 T Fresh Mint
4 T Honey
1/2 t Coarsely Ground Pepper
16 oz Lamb Loin Chops

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir
well. Trim fat from lamb, and place chops on a broiler pan. Broil 5
minutes on each side. Brush mixture over chops. Broil chops 2 minutes
on each side until desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally
