Honey Glazed Stir-fry Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

1 T Olive oil
2 Carrots, cut into batons
1 Red onion, sliced
1 Garlic clove, crushed
75 g Runner beans, thinly sliced
2 T Honey
2 T Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the carrots, onions and garlic and
stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.  2 Add the beans, honey and soy sauce and
continue to cook for a  further 2-3 minutes. Great served with rice!
