Honey-Lime-Tequila Chicken

INGREDIENTS

4 Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
2 tb Honey
2/3 c Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Tequila
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Yellow onion; minced
1 Red pepper; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

MARINADE
A little bit of the islands brought to you kitchen! Great dish for parties,
a luau perhaps?
1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts. Marinate
for at least 1 hour.
2. Drain the marinade and grill on each side about 7-8 minutes per side or
until no pink remains.
Makes 8 servings: 96 cals, 1g fat (9% Cff)
