INGREDIENTS

1 tb Dijon-style mustard
2 tb Honey
3 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
3/4 c Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil)

INSTRUCTIONS

IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.  Makes 1 1/2 Cups.
