INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Coarse-grain Dijon-style
mustard
2 T Cider vinegar
2 T Honey
1 1/2 t Hot pepper sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients until they are
thouroughly combined.  If desired, the mustard can be made hotter by
