Honey-Mustard Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole pork tenderloin; about 1 pound
4 tb Honey
2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
1/2 ts Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Coat
tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting
occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Slice thinly
to serve. Makes 4 servings. 229 calories per servings.
