Honey-orange Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS

6 lb Whole turkey breast, skinned
Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 c Honey
2 T Frozen orange juice
concentrate
thawed/undiluted
1/2 t Ground allspice
Leaf lettuce leaves
optional
Seedless red grapes
optional
Orange slices, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Place turkey on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into meaty portion,
makingsure it does not touch bone. Combine next three ingredients and
brush over turkey. Cover and bake at 325 F. for 1 hour. Bake,
uncovered, an additional hour or until meat thermometer registers 170
F. basting frequently. Cover turkey loosely with aluminum foil, and
let stnad about 20 minutes. Place turkey on a lettuce-lined platter;
garnish with grapes nad oranges, if deisred. Makes 20 servings. Per
serving: 176.8 calories, 2.1 gr. fat, 11.3% CFF, 82 mg. cholesterol  MC
