1/2 c Butter; softened
2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Rum extract

In small bowl, beat all ingredients until light and fluffy.  Store in
refrig. up to 3 weeks.  Allow to soften slightly before serving. Excellent
on wheat or honey breads.
