Honey Sesame Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Sesame seeds
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Honey
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; (1 1/4 lb.)
2 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
5 2/3 oz Pkg herbed chicekn couscous mix; (Near East)
2 md Zucchini; in quarters lengthwise, sliced into 1/4" pieces (2 cups)
2 tb Fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flour and sesame seeds in Medium bowl; set aside. Mix mustard and honey
in small bowl. Brush chicekn with mustard mixture; coat well with sesame
seed mixture. Heat oil in large skillet on Medium heat. Add chicken; cook
4-5 minutes on each side or until coating is deep golden brown and chicken
is no longer pink inside. Prepare couscous as directed on package, adding
zucchini and lemon juice after stirring couscous into boiling liquid. Serve
chicken with hot couscous mixture. Makes 4 servings. MC formatting by
