INGREDIENTS

1 200 gram bar Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate
125 g Soft margarine; (4oz)
25 g Desiccated coconut; (1oz)
75 g Crisped rice cereal; (3oz)
450 g Icing sugar; (1 lb.)
Orange or lemon juice
Food colouring; (optional)
2 pk Cadbury's milk chocolate Buttons
A 17.5 x 28cm; (7 x 11 inch) swiss
; roll tin, greased

INSTRUCTIONS

ALSO YOU WILL REQUIRE
Carefully melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water (or in a microwave
oven) then stir in the fat, coconut and cereal. Spread the mixture in the
tin and leave to set. Later cut into 12-18 pieces, the younger the
children, the smaller the pieces is a good guide. Sieve the icing sugar
into a bowl and add enough fruit juice, and colouring if liked, to make a
coating consistency. Spread a little icing over each crispie and decorate
with Buttons. When set, lift out and trim the edges.
