INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Curry powder
2 tb Cumin
1 tb Turmeric
2 ts Grated lemon rind (dried)
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all. Store in airtight container. Yields 2/3 cup.
Mixes can be stored for up to three months. For longer storage, freeze.
