Indonesian Chicken With Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

6 Chicken breast boned and
skinned
4 T Olive oil
10 Cloves garlic minced
1 T Ginger root minced
1 Green onion chopped
1 lb Green beans cut into bite
size pieces
Washed
1 Lime juice or lemon, Lime juice or lemon
1 T Double black soy sauce
2 t Brown sugar
2 t Turmeric
1 t Salt
1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute chicken in 2 Tablespoons of the olive oil until chicken turns
white and is cooked through. Set Aside. Heat the remaining 2
tablespoons olive oil and saute garlic, ginger and onion until soft.
Add green beans. Stir until green beans turn bright green. Add lime
juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, salt, and 1/4 cup of the
water. Slowly add remaining water, if necessary, but sauce should not
be watery. Add chicken peices and stir until completely covered with
sauce. Serving Ideas : Serve over rice
