INSTRUCTIONS
small escarole heart, arugula or water-cress, sinach, romaine lettuce,

Combine greens, onions, cheese and salami in a large salad bowl.
Combine the oil, lemon juice and seasonings and beat with a fork to
blend well. Adjust seasonings, then pour over the dressing over the
