Irresistible Smoked Salmon Bites

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Light cream cheese
2 t Honey mustard
2 t Grainy mustard
2 t Freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 Slices dark rye or
pumpernickel bread
crusts
trimmed
6 oz Sliced smoked salmon
Capers and dill sprigs for
garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place cream cheese in bowl; microwave at Medium for 1 minute to
soften. Stir well.  Blend in dill, honey mustard, grainy mustard and
lemon juice. Generously spread mustard mixture over bread slices;
layer with smoked salmon.  Cut each slice into 4 triangles or  squares,
or 6 rectangles. Garnish with capers and dill. Cover with  plastic wrap
and refrigerate. Yield: 24 appetizers Source: Fast &  Easy Cooking
