INGREDIENTS

4 Boneless, skinless chicken
breasts
1/2 c Low-calorie Italian dressing
2 t Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Italian bread crumbs
2 t Chopped fresh basil
2 Roma tomatoes
2 T Olive oil
1/2 lb Angel hair pasta – cooked
1 c Peas

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: In a shallow baking dish, combine the chicken and Italian
dressing. Allow to marinate for two hours. Place the chicken with the
dressing into a 400 degree oven and bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from
oven. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and
basil. Slice the tomatoes and place two slices on top of each cooked
chicken breast. Sprinkle with the crumb mixture. Return the chicken  to
the oven and continue to bake until the topping is golden. In a  saut
pan, heat the olive oil. Add the cooked pasta and peas. Saut  briefly.
Place a serving of pasta on a plate and put a chicken breast  on top.
