Italian Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tb Chopped parsley
Flour
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Vegetable oil
3 sl Mozzarella cheese; halved
1 pk Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix (1 5/8 oz); prepared according to pkg directions
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge
cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Sauté. cutlets in oil
until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each
cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F
for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
