Jalapapeno Corn Bread (auto Bread Machine)

INGREDIENTS

1 c Plus 2 tab. water
2 T Soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 T Chopped jalapeno chili
3/4 c Frozen whole kernal corn
thawed
3 2/3 c Bread flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
2 T Sugar
1 3/4 t Salt
2 t Bread machine yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in
order directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use
Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked
bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.  (from the makers of Gold Medal
