Jan’s Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

		Garlic Clove — to taste;
		Minced
1	md	Onion — dice fine
4	tb	Parmesan Cheese — grated
1/4	lb	Provolone Cheese — grated
1/2	lb	Sausage Meat — Bob Evans
1	lb	Mushroom Caps — whole,
		Large

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute sausage until crumbly.  Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.  Broil for a few minutes to
lightly brown top, if desired.
