CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Meats, Dairy Swiss 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (1 lb) of frozen hash browns
1 cn Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 ct (8 oz) of sour cream
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese (amount varies as to personal taste) (up to 2)

INSTRUCTIONS

Thaw hash browns, add soup, sour cream, and cheese (keep some for the top).
Mix all together and bake in 350* oven for 1 hour. (Check for doneness, may
want to cook longer) I cover with foil and 20 minutes before finished, I
take off foil, add rest of cheese. Chives, bacon, scallions, or swiss
cheese can be added for a different taste. I also make this a day ahead,
then pop in the oven. I usually make more than I plan to serve and before I
bake I put in a freezer dish and freeze until I am ready to bake it. Posted
