INGREDIENTS

1 ts Ground Jamaican pimento; (allspice)
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Finely chopped scallions; (green & white parts)
4 Scotch Bonnet; or 6-jalapeno peppers, stems removed, cut in halves, retaining seeds
1/2 c Distilled white vinegar
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Salt
1 pn Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Try dis one, mon... Mix it up in food processor on Liquify mode for two
minutes. Refridgerate until ready to use.
