INGREDIENTS

2 oz Jamaican pimento, allspice
crushed
1/4 t Freshly grated nutmeg
1 t Ground cinnamon
12 Scallions, cleaned and
chopped
6 Scotch Bonnet peppers
halved with seeds OR 12
jalapeno peppers halved
with seeds
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
2 T Vegetable oil
1 T Salt
1 t Fresh ground black pepper
2 T Soy sauce
Hot pepper sauce, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food
processor, adding hot pepper sauce to taste. Process to liquefy for 1
minute. Pour into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use. Posted to
